Question: What styles of hatz are available?                                                              Answer: Classic High-Profile Snapback; Classic Mid-Profile Snapback; and Classic High-Profile Snapback Trucker (see Hatz Specification Page on Order Page).

Question: How long will it take from the time I place my order until I receive my hatz?
Answer: Most orders are shipped within 7 business days from the date of ordering.

Question: What method of shipping is used?
Answer: United States Postal Service (USPS).

Question: Do you ship internationally?
Answer: Yes.

Question: Can I return a hatz after I receive it?                                                          Answer: Yes you can return a hatz after you receive it in accordance with the following: 1) The hatz must be in new condition with no signs of wear; 2) The hatz must be returned in original packaging; 3) Hatz must be returned within 10 calendar days since you received your hatz; and 4) Notification of returns and a request for refund must be done through the Hood Hatz website. Question: Do you offer a volume discount?
Answer: Yes. Volume discounts for orders of 12 hatz or more are available. Inquire through this website.

Question: Can I use your designs or images to place on my own hat, other products, or for other uses?
Answer: All designs and images are the property of Hood Hatz llc. Our designs and images cannot be used or duplicated without written permission from Hood Hatz llc. Licensing agreements may be available.

Question:  If I don't see an area code, or the hatz that I desire is not shown in a collection on your website, can Hood Hatz make me a hatz?
Answer: Yes, Hood Hatz can custom make hatz that are similarly designed as those on our website.
